Welcome back to school 2012-2013!
This is Mr. Hunter. As you can see, my website is back up and running. I hope that it will be helpful to my students and their parents this year. To be able to get the most out of this website, please do the following.
Please have Adobe Reader and Flash Player installed on your computer. I have attached links to the right in case you need them. 
Expand the page as neccesary if you are using Internet Explorer to fill your computer screen with the website (on my laptop I expanded it to 125% manipulated in the bottom left hand corner of your web browser window).
This website is designed more like a conventional website. It is my hope that this will provide greater interactivity and more thorough resources for you to work with.

The following describes the basic divisions to this site:

Chemistry -- which is all for my chemistry students and anyone else that my benifit from what is in it. In these web pages you will find a calendar of activities, and assignments. I have included downloads to my lecture notes and powerpoint presentations, other chemistry resources, ideas to help you be successful in chemistry, and links to other chemistry websites and their current class grades.

AP Chemistry -- it is built for my AP chemistry students with the same basic kinds of resources found in the chemistry web pages but taylormade for my AP students in mind.

Science Olympiad -- these pages contain strategies, resources, and calendars for my science olympiad students, and information about science olympiad for anyone who might be interested in it. I will provide password information to access resources at our first team meeting.

Demonstrations -- I will be building a library of images and videos of some of our chemical demonstrations with explanations and connections to key chemistry content.

Magic -- This section is all about "magic" in our classroom. I will be building an image and video gallery, but it will require login information to gain access to some explanations.
I am also including a little information about my family and I in the About Us section of this website and contact information and email links in the Contact Us section, and links to many other resources, including Parent Connection, Student Connection, other chemistry websites, and to the Clovis West High School website. I hope you will find this site to be engaging and with resources to help you be successful in chemistry this year.
